Membership Terms

1. Parties

These terms govern the relationship between Gizem Burteçin, operating under the AI Women TR brand ("AI Women TR"), and any person applying for or holding membership ("Member").

2. Membership Types

AI Women+

By application and invitation.

• Monthly private gatherings
• Hands-on AI sessions
• Member-to-member learning
• Private community access
• Priority access to trainings and events
• Collaboration and investment connections
• Ecosystem and partner benefits

AI Women Online

Open to all.

• Monthly live online trainings
• Short actionable programs
• Session recordings
• Prompt and template library
• AI tool guides
• Online community access
• Benefits at in-person events

Membership is personal; it may not be transferred or shared.

3. Application and Acceptance

AI Women+ membership is subject to application and review. AI Women TR reserves the right to decline an application without stating a reason. Membership begins when acceptance is communicated to the Member.

4. Fees and Payment

The AI Women Online membership fee is ₺1,000 per month. Payment is made by bank transfer; credit card details are not collected or stored.

Fees are paid in advance at the start of each membership period. Membership services may be suspended if payment is not made.

AI Women TR reserves the right to change the fee. Changes are notified at least 30 days in advance and apply only to subsequent periods.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

A Member may end their membership at any time by writing to info@aiwomenturkiye.com. Membership remains active until the end of the current payment period.

No refund is issued for the remaining time when cancelling mid-period.

Your right of withdrawal under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation is reserved; statutory exceptions apply where performance of the digital content or service has already begun.

6. Member Obligations

The Member agrees to: provide accurate and current information when applying; not share membership access with third parties; not take information shared within the community outside it without permission; not record or use other members' personal data without permission; use respectful language at events and in community channels; comply with applicable law.

7. Community Rules

AI Women TR reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of discrimination, harassment, abuse, commercial spam or conduct that damages community trust. No refund is issued for the remaining period in such cases.

8. Events

Event attendance may be capacity-limited. Some events are by invitation only. Photographs and video are taken at events; publication of your image is subject to your separate explicit consent.

9. Intellectual Property

Training materials, recordings, templates, the prompt library and community content belong to AI Women TR or the relevant rights holders. Members may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit them beyond personal use.

10. Limitation of Liability

AI Women TR provides its training and community services in good faith. Information shared and tools recommended are general in nature and do not replace professional advice. AI Women TR is not liable for outcomes arising from a Member applying this information in their own work.

AI Women TR is not responsible for outages or policy changes of third-party platforms and tools (AI services, no-code tools).

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Members qualifying as consumers retain the right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
